Thanks to a tip I got yesterday from my blog mentor Helen, (see comments on last post), I printed off a hard copy of the galley for Caring Lessons. It is much easier to spot things like uneven paragraph indents on the printout. So I’m thankful for the hint to print and for the advice not to rely just on scrolling and proofing on the computer.

The only other things that I’m finding are a few teeny things that have eluded years of readers, multiple readings of my own, and my final editor. Like a hyphen missing in “state-of-the-art.” At some point, which is coming very soon, I will stop obsessing and send the galley back to the publisher.
