When I wake up to views like these, and especially on Christmas Day, I cannot help but sing a song I’ve known since childhood:

” The heavens declare your glory, the firmament your power;

day unto day the story repeats from hour to hour.

O Lord, with voice undying, the wonders of your hand.”
