Last year I stumbled on a delightful Australian blogger who was participating in the A to Z April blogging challenge. The challenge involves blogging every day during April, except Sunday, on a letter of the alphabet, starting with the letter A on April 1. Makes sense right? Thirty days hath September, April…. Skip Sundays and there is a day left for each of the twenty-six letters of the alphabet.
The Australian blogger was quarantined like we were in the US, but in an entirely different culture. I tucked the idea of the challenge away and have now decided to participate myself. I’ll be writing short posts on a broad variety of topics that touch on my life now. I’ve chosen the theme of Aging as a Recent Widow.
If you’d like to follow along, you may subscribe to my blog. You can find how to subscribe, depending on whether you’re reading on a computer or phone/tablet, in the right sidebar of this post or by scrolling down.
See you in April! I fly home from my three-month stint in Arizona tomorrow, so I’ll be back in my hometown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Delightful idea! I look forward to reading what you post. And to “seeing” you April 1.
