I’m in Nouwen’s “trusting” stage. Our Celebration of Life Service for Marv is Saturday at 11am at Westminster Presbyterian. It’s been just twelve days since he passed away.

Many family members and friends are coming to town, plus new friends and church members here in Sioux Falls will be attending the service. I feel blessed!

And thank you for your cards. I’m saving them to open up when everything is over and everyone has left and I’m here by myself. I know they will give me lots of comfort, and I am grateful. The basket that brought goodies in the mail from my sister and her daughters is the perfect waiting place
