It’s a sunny seven-degree day here in Sioux Falls. I wonder what the temperature was in Bethlehem the day Jesus was born.
I heard on NPR this morning about the situation in Bethlehem today. Not good. They talked about the wall around the city that effectively isolates the Palestinians in Bethlehem from the financial and health services available to the folks in Jerusalem during this pandemic.

I wonder what Jesus thinks of this area today. And of all of us. I pray for more love, more tolerance, and more understanding for all peoples this year!
Silent night, holy night …
And Peace on Earth, Good Will to ALL

May this Christmas remind us what is important: That we love each other and treat others as we want them to treat us.
