I remember reading the ode to the sisters when you wrote it. We were the three Rita Girls. Christine the eldest who sadly died two years ago, was only 14 months older than me and Marianne, the youngest 3.5 years younger. We excitedly embraced emails when they were introduced keeping in regular contact even though we lived in separate parts of the world. My condolences to you at the loss of your sisters and friends.
I had to stop my “must-do’s” to read what you sent. And I’m glad I did on this Ash Wednesday. It’s a wonderful tribute, Lois. I’m glad you sent it and that many will have it to read and remember. Lois

So very sorry for your loss. Let your faith and your memories sustain you. In the end, that’s all any of us have.

Thanks, Lois. Especially now it’d be great to sit around with my sisters and talk about life in these topsy turvy times.
